What is the cost of receiving home care services?
Home Care services are 100% covered by Medicare, Medicaid and covered totally or in part by private health insurance. Integrity Home Care can help you determine insurance coverage before our visits begin. We will also complete the necessary forms and will bill Medicare, Medicaid or your private health insurance company directly.
Do I have the right to choose a home care agency and how do I know which one is right for me?
Yes, you have the right to choose agencies and inform your doctor, discharge planner or nurse of your choice. Federal Law requires that individuals be informed of their options for home care. It is important that you have control over who takes care of you. Choosing the right agency can make a tremendous difference in your overall health.
How does home care work with my doctor so I can receive the care I need?
We work closely with you and your doctor to develop a plan of care to meet your needs. Our nurses and therapists act as a link between you and your doctor, forming a team that identifies and manages your health care needs. Our skilled clinicians advocate for you to provide care that is responsive to your needs whether it’s medication adjustments, education, equipment or other needs.
How do I arrange for care in my home?
